Higher Everyday Living

At Estia Health, we believe aged care should feel like your home, independent and full of choice. That’s why we offer a selection of optional services designed to enhance and enrich the daily life of our residents.

These services go beyond what’s required under the Aged Care Act 2024 and the Residential Care Service List. They’re not essential care services, but thoughtful additions.

We’ve created four tiers of Higher Everyday Living packages – Enhanced Essentials, Enhanced Community, Enhanced Signature, and Enhanced Signature Wellness, each offering a different level of comfort and lifestyle features.

It’s important to know that these packages are linked to specific Estia Health homes, meaning you won’t need to choose a package yourself; rather, the home you select will already have one of the four packages available, and you’ll have the option to opt in if it suits your preferences.

Because additional inclusions vary between our homes, we encourage you to speak directly with the team at the home you’re interested in.

Our Packages

Enhanced Essentials

Enjoy warm meals with more variety, additional snack options available throughout the day, outings and shared entertainment including Foxtel and daily newspapers in communal areas.

Enhanced Community

Alongside meals and snacks with more variety, residents enjoy premium beverages and weekly high tea events, in-room premium toiletries and Wi-Fi access throughout the home. Entertainment and outings are part of the experience, with Foxtel in shared spaces and transport included for group trips.

Enhanced Signature

Residents can enjoy barista-style coffee, monthly hairdressing, and exclusive entertainment events. This package also includes expanded meal and snack options, premium toiletries, and private Foxtel access. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and transport is included for group outings.
