Bree Donnelly Wins Most Outstanding Aged Care Worker in Australia
Our very own Enrolled Nurse Bree Donnelly from Estia Health Wattle Glen In Victoria, was recently awarded the very auspicious prize of the inaugural Humanetix HEART Award for the most outstanding Aged Care Worker in Australia.
Bree’s Residential Aged Care Manager, Bindu Pramon Lal, and her acting RACM Aura Pasco are both extremely proud of Bree, as we all are. Mitchell McBeath the Chief Customer Officer of Humanetix actually called Bree himself to let her know she had won.
The HEART Awards celebrate workers who represent the HEART principles; they are Helpful and a catalyst of change, approach the challenges in Aged Care in an Empathetic way, strive to make a difference by being Action-oriented, are Resilient and driven to innovate and are Trustworthy, working with honesty and transparency.
Bree is an invaluable asset to both Wattle Glen and to Estia Health, we are very lucky to have her. With a deep understanding of her role and a fantastic work ethic, we could not be more proud.
