Across our homes we have residents from over 120 different cultural backgrounds. Our homes are always looking at ways to support residents to feel a sense of belonging. This includes recipes using high-quality Australian goat meat, which cater to our residents from a Persian and West Indian background. See our Persian Goat Tagine recipe.
