Procurement and invoicing needs at Estia Health are managed through Coupa,  a leading cloud-based platform that streamlines purchasing processes and supplier interactions. Coupa enables a more efficient, transparent, and streamlined experience for our suppliers by allowing you to:

  • Receive and acknowledge purchase orders electronically (if applicable)
  • Submit invoices quickly and securely
  • Track invoice and payment status in real time
  • Maintain and update your business details
  • Collaborate directly with Estia Health through a single platform

As part of this process, you may be invited to register on the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP), a simple, free platform that enables efficient management of purchase orders, invoicing and payments while strengthening transparency and collaboration.

Getting started with Coupa

If you have received a Coupa invitation, follow the setup steps below; if you are still waiting or the link has expired, please contact us for assistance.

Already use Coupa?

If you already have a Coupa Supplier Portal account, please use your existing login details and open the invitation email to accept Estia Health’s connection request.

If prompted, complete any additional Estia Health-specific information required to finalise the setup.

New to Coupa?

To complete your registration in one session, have the following ready:

  • Business name and ABN (if applicable)

  • Business address and contact details

  • Bank account details

Once your details have been updated or completed, your setup is almost finalised. You can explore other Coupa features or simply wait until you receive a purchase order or need to submit or track an invoice.
